Located in Aventura, FL, this two-tower, 24-story independent and assisted living facility community is a subsidiary of Hyatt Hotel Group based in Chicago. Seacoast Construction was contracted to update the property’s commercial kitchen and laundry facilities.

The project had to balance between multiple competing forces, namely: the challenge of making all of the components function correctly and seamlessly together in addition to building an effective workflow for when the facilities are in use.
