Our Story
Seacoast Consulting has developed a unique approach to construction project management from our extensive experience in the construction industry.
We proactively approach every project with the assumption there will be delays and cost overruns. We look for the most common problem areas we’ve seen in our 25+ years of experience building across Florida and ensure problems are solved before permits are filed for.
How We Work
From our background as GCs, our process centers on your end goal. We have managed everything from pre construction and site selection through project completion.
We work across sectors — from multi-family and single family homes to office and retail builds. We focus on budget controls, buildability, scheduling, administration, inspection management, and control of contractors and suppliers.
